We reserve the right to cancel, interrupt, reschedule, or modify any Content Offerings, including altering assignment weights and deadlines, either independently or in accordance with the instructions of content providers.

No Academic Credit

Please note that completion of our Content Offerings does not guarantee academic credit unless explicitly stated by a credit-granting institution. Even if credit is awarded by one institution, there is no assurance that other institutions will accept it.

Disclaimer of Student-Content Provider Relationship

Participation in Content Offerings does not establish a formal relationship between you and any Content Provider, nor does it enroll you in any institution associated with the Content Offering.

3. Your Content

User Content

Our Services allow you to share content, such as assignments, forum posts, and other materials (“User Content”). You retain all intellectual property rights to your User Content. However, by sharing User Content, you grant UDZII a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with our Services.

How UDZII May Use User Content

We reserve the right to remove or modify User Content that violates these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. We may also use your User Content for promotional purposes or to improve our Services.

Feedback

UDZII is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for claims related to our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the past six months.
